In order to keep up our services with our customer’s satisfaction we invite applications for the position of a Sales Executive-Mombasa To be based in Mombasa the sales executives role will be to sell Precision Air Products and network to achieve the set sales targets within the country.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive passenger Sales and Marketing plan and deliver the Company’s business objectives
• Monitor, evaluate recommend pricing levels to deliver expected yield, margin and revenue targets
• To be the principal administrator for Precision Air service in the country while safeguarding Precision Air’s interest
• Provide input and participate in the identification progress of new business opportunities for revenue growth (through special prorate /interline agreement /partnerships etc)
• Participate in Precision Air’s passenger revenue budget process
• Assess and propose appropriate incentive scheme for Travel agents, corporate travel, and government so as to enhance productivity efficiency and maximization of revenue
• Develop and monitor expenditure budget /actual and control cost
Minimum qualifications:
• University graduate or at least 5 years airline experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong analytical and visionary skills
• Planning and Organizational skills
• Business acumen
• Knowledge of airline business processes is an added advantage

• Degree holder from a recognized university or Higher learning institution preferably in commercial /marketing specialization
• Masters degree and knowledge of Airline business will be an added advantage
