Capacity Manager
General Objectives:

Manage the configuration of the network
Prepare forecast and capacity expansion
Support Product development
Report To COO
Technical knowledge:
Sound knowledge of data transmission system (SDH, fiber optic),
Preferably telecom network operation experience (in his role of providing backup to the Quality Manager )
Skill in operation IT tool ( databases, …)
Proven experience in technical assets management and forecasting
Profile
Manager of a technical team, preferably in telecommunications, willing to expend its management skill into non pure technical fields
Skill in organization, management, technical personnel management, technical asset forecasting and budgeting
Rigorous in the implementation and communication
Customer satisfaction and goals oriented
Based in Mauritius Island with travels within East Africa
Autonomous within a small flexible team and dispersed business places in a flat matrix organization
Flexibly in case of emergencies (proposal, new project, )
Time flexible (working within several Time zones)
Written and spoken English; Knowledge of local language is an asset (East/Central Africa, Arabic, French)
Ability & willingness to work in multi cultural environment company/customer/provider

Quality Manager
General Objectives:

Insure that the services match and exceed the systems performances and SLA
Initiate all corrective actions
Insure all regular maintenance
Responsible for NOC OA&M Contract
Report to COO
Technical knowledge:
Knowledge of Submarine cable system operation and Maintenance
Detailed knowledge of data transmission system (SDH, fiber optic, Optical);
Profile
10-15 years experience as Manager of a telecommunication operation department, preferably in the submarine cable or transmission industry :
Ability to deal from a general approach into the detail
Ability to deal with executive level report/contacts of major organizations
Skills and rigors in organization, management, technical. personal management, technical asset forecasting and budgeting
Customer satisfaction and goals oriented
Based in Mauritius Island with travels within East Africa
Autonomous within a small flexible team and dispersed business places in a flat matrix organization
Flexibility in case of emergencies (system failure)
Time flexible (working within several Time zones)
Written and spoken English; Knowledge of local language is an asset (East/Central Africa, Arabic, French)
Ability & willingness to work in multi cultural environment company/customer/provider

Account Manager
General Objectives:

Manage the customer contracts after signature
Support the production of sales proposals
Reports to COO
Technical knowledge:
General knowledge of data transmission system (SDH, fiber optic, capacity),
Proven experience Program management in international environment
General Key accounts management experience in international environment
Profile
5-10 years of experiences as program manager with technical experience a technical team, preferably in telecommunication and field experience
Skill in organization, management, technical personnel management, technical asset forecasting and budgeting.

Based in Mauritius Island with frequent travels within East Africa
Autonomous within a small flexible team and dispersed business places in a flat matrix organization
Flexibility in case of emergencies (proposal, new project, )

Strategic Procurement Contract Manager
General Objectives:

Manage partnership with Landing Party Agreement (LPA)
Manage backhaul procurements in Europe and Africa
Manage contract relationship of Co-Builder and Pop/Colocation partners
Report to the COO
Technical knowledge:
General knowledge of data transmission system (SDH, fiber optic),
Proven experience (5-10 years) program management and procurement in international environment
Experience in Key account management, executive relationships, team management
Profile
Manager of a international procurement or Bu development team, preferably in telecommunication :
Skill in organization, management, technical personnel management, technical asset forecasting and budgeting
Customer satisfaction and goals oriented
Based in Mauritius Island with frequent travels within East Africa
Autonomous within a small flexible team and dispersed business places in a flat matrix organization
Flexibility in case of emergencies (Failures, new project, )
Time flexible (working within several Time zones)

Operation Support Engineer
General Objectives:

Coordinates and support operation project management
Support for establishing basic operation procedures and tools
Technical knowledge:
Detailed knowledge of data transmission system (SDH, fiber optic),
Project management experience (2-3 years ) of data transmission environment, large account business, international environment
Field installation experience is a plus
IT general knowledge is an asset
Profile
Junior engineer with initial project management experience
Willing to develop general skills like project management, reporting, procurement etc (Vs a very specialized technical objective):
Skill in organization, management, technical personnel management, technical asset forecasting and budgeting

General Objectives:

Coordinates Group business IT outsources
Operates HQ LAN and Group WAN
Operates the filing and recording systems
Provide basic IT support and training
Technical knowledge:
General knowledge of LAN and WAN networking and security, Office and open office suites, Data base (Oracle, MS)
Cisco networking knowledge
IT Project management
Profile
