Micro Loan Officers (20 posts)

Responsibilities:

Marketing an attracting potential business loan clients
Conducting on-site business and risk assessment of loan applicants Preparing loan proposals and presenting them in a credit committee Loan monitoring and recovery.

Qualifications:

Education: Good form six leavers with good mathematical skills, diploma holders or Graduates Experience: No prior work experience required. Priaod Banking /Microfinance or working experience in micro and small enterprises (as an employee or an entrepreneur) may be an advantage

Computer literacy: Basis command of standard office applications Languages: Fluency in English and Kiswahili
