Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst (ICD):
The role will be responsible for monitoring the developmental impact of individual projects, comparing results against set standards and reporting evaluation assessment reports to the Director of the M & E Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supporting the head of the department in developing methodologies, models and procedures to set up a mechanism to measure the development impact of projects
* Conducting field studies and surveys to measure development impact as a result of the interventions made by ICD for individual projects.
* Coordinating with all departments and collating information on developmental impact pertaining to their products and projects.
* Analyzing the data collected and evaluating the development impact against set standards. Sharing the analysis with the relevant business units and management.
* Putting in systems and processes to measure developmental impact and gradually including them into individual departmental and individual scorecards.
* Coordinating and participating with IDB, DFIs and other international bodies with an objective of sharing and updating knowledge and bringing about synergies in post evaluation of joint/ similar projects.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with bodies in member countries who will aid ICD in the survey administration process.
* Tracking expenses and preparing budget reports on a regular basis to be presented to the management.
* Ensuring provision of analytical support and insights backed by in-depth research that aid the formulation of setting up of development objectives of for the organization and cascading the same for each department.
* Coordinating ICD's representation in conferences and seminars, as relevant.
QUALIFICATION:
MBA / Masters Degree in Economics or Statistics
