Job Description

Support Project team in to test intervention package on a pilot bases so that the proven practices could be identified and standardized for further replication and scaling within ICDS and across different states. Support Project team in establishing the baseline in the beginning of the study and utilize the finding for designing the implementation plan. Support Project team in undertake end-line at the end of the program. Produce quality documents on lessons learnt, achievements, success stories on regular basis and share with Project team, Donors and district and state level ICDS & health officials. Prepare reports and presentations containing quantitative and qualitative information on program progress and district-wise achievements on monthly and quarterly basis and share during workshops and meetings. Monitor the data collection and take lead in analysis and data dissemination with program staff and officials of W&CD and H&FW.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree in statistics/economics/demography/public health or related field. At least 3-5 years experience of working in ECD /public health programs especially with ICDS and health programs Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to details. Experience of conducting/facilitating qualitative and quantitative surveys and use of software packages for data analysis Excellent computer skill and well versed with use of MS office, EPINFO, SPSS Capacity Building, Strong document and report writing skill. Experience of providing M&E support to large scale implementation and problem solving. Experience of working with the national programs at district level, especially with ICDS, RCH and NRHM Strong communication skills & excellent writing skills.
