Maidenhead
At Three we’re renowned for being agile and flexible. In fact, our innovative reactions to regulatory, customer and technology challenges help keep us ahead of the market. So developing our regulatory and strategic positioning won’t just be a chance for you to show us what you’re made of. It’ll be a chance to challenge the industry.
All about the role
You’ll have a high profile both within Three and throughout the industry as you develop strategy to deal with everything from spectrum auctions to industry consolidation and data pricing to new market opportunities. They’re key issues, and you’ll play a key role in researching, planning and developing our strategy. Advising our most senior managers on the impact new market developments and regulations will have on pricing, product design and business investment, you’ll get to grips with complex policy and commercial issues, carry out economic and financial analyses and manage external advisers as they do the same. You’ll also draft our responses and briefing notes for industry consultations and meet with regulators and government groups to keep them up to date with our position.
All about you
Your ability to drive multiple projects will come from your background in either economic consulting or in-house regulatory or policy roles, ideally with knowledge gained in the telecoms industry. As well as a degree (or equivalent) in Economics, you’ll have plenty of experience applying your theoretical know-how to a wide range of business, regulatory and policy problems. So you’ll know all about solving complex issues and developing, communicating and putting in place innovative and successful solutions. Whatever your background though, you’re now ready to take the next step in your career and build on those strong analytical and communication skills.
