Request for Proposal: Cotton's Revolutions Information Coordinators

The Cotton's Revolutions initiative was developed by Cotton Council International (CCI) to help the global cotton textile and apparel industry engage in strategic thinking in order to anticipate and plan for developments that will affect the entire supply chain. The Cotton's Revolutions web site (www.cottonsrevolutions.org) provides up-to-date information about these topics. CCI is currently looking to contract with individuals or organizations that can serve as information coordinators on each of the four Cotton's Revolutions topics: Resource Management, Economic Integration, Governance, and Technology. Work would include monitoring the latest developments in each of these areas as they relate to the global cotton textile and apparel industry and sharing this information with the Cotton's Revolutions community by posting blogs and resource library documents to the Cotton's Revolutions website.

CCI will contract with coordinators (hereafter referred to as "Consultants") for each topic separately. Each contract will entail up to 20 hours of work per month. To bid, please submit a proposal including the following:

- The specific topic on which the Consultant is proposing to work: Resource Management, Economic Integration, Governance, or Technology;

- A description of the Consultant's experience and capabilities related to the global cotton-textile-apparel industry;

- A description of the Consultant's capabilities and experience related to the specific Cotton's Revolutions topic proposal is submitted under;

- A description of the Consultant's experience writing blogs and/or developing resources for consumption by non-expert audiences; and

- Total hourly rate proposed.
