Fintech IT Coordinator

We are a leading organization in enterprise Information Technology services & solutions with a presence in several countries in Africa.

We seek a suitable candidate to fill the following position: IT Coordinator

The position will report to the Professional Services Unit Manager.

Responsibilities:

Video Conferences
  • Track the Video Conferences
  • Connect and run routine tests for Video Conferences
  • Assist associates in connecting to Video Conferences
Telecoms
  • Manage E1, ISDN, GSM lines
  • Manage and support blackberry & phone issue and setup
  • Liaise with service provider to ensure associates get appropriate service
Vendor Management
  • Raising of LPO
  • Request for Quotations
  • Ensure vendors are paid in a timely fashion
Auditorium Management
  • Manage all meeting that take place in the Auditorium
  • Rework presentations to ensure they flow
  • Schedule Preventive maintenance for Control room and the projectors
Audio Visual Management
  • Ensure the projectors in all the meeting rooms are in working condition
  • Have routine checks and regular Preventive Maintenance
Qualification & skills:
  • A degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Certification in MCP, ICDL, Customer Service
  • At least one year experience in a similar position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications especially MS PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Audio Visual Equipment
  • Previous experience in Vendor Management.
  • Must have good presentation and communication skills.
  • Must have ability to work under pressure.
  • Project management skills will be an added advantage.
