Postdoctoral Research Associate in Bioinformatics

The Centre for Systems Biology at Edinburgh, CSBE, seeks a Postdoctoral Research Associate to research the signalling network of the pico-alga, Ostreococcus tauri, as we develop this model species for plant systems biology. The post builds upon CSBE's exciting results identifying a non-transcriptional mechanism that contributes to the biological clock in the alga and also in human cells (O'Neill et al. Nature 2011), and the first shotgun proteomics (LeBihan et al. J. Proteomics, 2011).

Fixed Term: till 30 September 2012

Salary Scale: £29,972 to £35,788
