Deputy Director: Corporate Planning and Performance, Monitoring
Salary: R464 919 per annum (all-inclusive salary package)

Requirements: • Appropriate recognised Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Public Administration or Economic Science plus experience in organisational performance monitoring • 3 years’ managerial experience • Project management experience will be an added advantage.

Duties: • Plan and manage the Sub-directorate’s activities in line with the Department’s Strategic Plan • Evaluate the Strategic and Annual Performance Plans of Public Entities reporting to the Department of Human Settlements • Monitor and report on the implementation of the Strategic and Annual Performance Plans
• Research topics in relation to Public Entities • Manage oversight and verification of service delivery by Public Entities • Undertake such duties relating to the corporate planning and performance monitoring of the human settlements entities as may be delegated by the Director: Entities Oversight.
