If you are someone with breadth and depth of experience then this is your opportunity to use all of your experience and shine. The Director of Engineering is responsible for the teams that develop Chrome Extensions, Firefox Extensions and Internet Explorer Toolbars.

Responsibilities

·       Own your roadmap, operations and feature set.

·       Directly manage multiple teams and your projects within an agile environment.

·       Work closely with Product Management, your peers and engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.

·       Staff, mentor, maintain and grow a best-of-class engineering team.

Basic Qualifications

·       BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.

·       10+ years of software development industry experience.

·       Must have a minimum of 5 years of software development management experience.

·       Must have breadth and depth of experience building and managing software systems and teams.

·       Must have strong understanding of the Browser, Web and Windows Desktop landscape.

·       Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary to drive your projects to completion.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

·       Experience managing teams using C++ to develop MS Windows software.

·       Knowledge of Chrome or Firefox Extension development is a plus.

·       Knowledge of Internet Explorer BHO development is a plus.
