We are looking for an architect to drive our data optimization platform to the next level. The role will be responsible for owning both the infrastructural aspects as well as serving as the bridge between the Engineering and client (marketing) team.
You are expected to be able to take product ownership from Day one. You will quickly turn ideas into prototypes and then full-scale, production quality systems. You will be the trusted advisor to our internal marketing client working closely to understand their business. This client-facing role must confidently work with all levels of the organization tailoring their communication to meet the needs of non- technical employees.

- Performs thorough analysis of the business needs/requirements in order to build a system that best meets the client's goals.
- Acting as an individual contributor, lead developer/architect you will be responsible for driving projects from beginning to end, taking full ownership for completion and delivery.
- Work with complex data models and extremely high-volume databases
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field
- 8 years of industry experience with Java
- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals from data structures and algorithms to high-level design patterns
- Familiarity with BI concepts
- Strong business sense and analytical skills
