Team Leader For Performance Evaluation Of Natural Resources An Agriculture Project In Haiti

ME&A is recruiting a Team Leader to conduct the final performance evaluation of a multifaceted project designed to comprehensively build Haiti’s agricultural infrastructure, capacity and productivity. The candidate should have significant knowledge in agriculture economics and natural resource management. In addition, the team leader must have experience monitoring and evaluating food security and watershed management projects. Other qualifications include:

• Have at least 10 years of rural development experience;
• Possess at least 7 years of evaluation experience of agriculture/food security projects;
• Experience in evaluations, data collection procedures, and surveys;
• Knowledge of collection, processing and dissemination of data;
• Experience working preferably in Latin America/Caribbean;
• Must be fluent in French and English.  

The project has an estimated overall timeframe of 10 weeks.
