Technical Expert For Performance Evaluation Of Natural Resources And Agriculture Project In Haiti

ME&A is recruiting a Technical Expert to be part of a team that will conduct the final performance evaluation of a multifaceted project designed to comprehensively build Haiti’s agricultural infrastructure, capacity and productivity. The candidate should have combined expertise in agriculture economics and natural resource management. In addition, the technical expert must have experience monitoring and evaluating food security and watershed management projects. Other qualifications include:

• Have at least 10 years of rural development and food security experience;
• Most possess a Master’s Degree in related area;
• Experience in evaluations, data collection procedures, and surveys;
• Knowledge of collection, processing and dissemination of data;
• Experience working preferably in Latin America/Caribbean;
• Must be fluent in French and English.  

The project has an estimated overall timeframe of 10 weeks.
