Training Specialist Integrated Supply Chain
Sandvik Mining develops and produces products for our customers' drilling, rock reinforcement, hauling, loading, crushing and mechanical cutting, as well as mine automation needs, worldwide. We are now looking for an innovative and result oriented Training Specialist, Integrated Supply Chain. You would support the introduction and on-going of the new integrated supply chain process and way of working from a competence development perspective.
The position should be based in the Amsterdam office with up to 25% travel. Consideration will be given to a base in other Sandvik sites where there is significant work concerning Integrated Supply Chain (Ex.: Tampere, Finland).
Key performance areas
As the Training Specialist Integrated Supply Chain you will ensure the competence and career development of all our Product Line personnel globally to support sustainable success of our business. The prime focus is on ensuring the technical competence of Sandvik personnel. Training of customers and partners is also included in the scope of responsibilities for this position.
Your main responsibilities are to manage competence needs analysis, training planning, budgeting, design, delivery, competence assessment and reporting. You will also design and delivery appropriate training and ensure the quality and value of all competence development products and activities. You will do this by working in close cooperation with the training network in Integrated Supply Chain and Sandvik Mining, as well as other key HR and business line stakeholders.
Your profile
You have a suitable technical education with extensive experience in Integrated Supply Chain projects and processes. You should have excellent communication and engagement skills and experience in designing, delivering and assessing learning. You have strong customer service background and fluent English skills. Strong project management experience and skills are required for success in this position.
