KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
We’re looking for apprentices who not only have the capability to succeed in our organisation today but also have the potential to be our leaders of tomorrow. We are looking for someone who is committed to the role and Diageo from day one. 

In order to do this, we are looking for candidates to achieve the required standard of technical knowledge and ability to become a competent Laboratory Technician. We are also looking for someone to demonstrate a full understanding of the site processes and work diligently towards gaining a SVQ Level 3 and to achieve a Higher National Certificate.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • 5 x National 4s or Standard Grades at Level 3+: Must include English , Higher Maths and Higher Science at Grade C or above
  • Must qualify for Modern Apprentice programme criteria (as detailed on Skills Development Scotland)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate strong work ethos individually and as part of a team
  • General computer system knowledge and experience preferred – ability to functionally use Microsoft packages  
  • Full UK driving license is preferable but not essential
  • Can be a part served apprentice

In addition to the on the job training we will also support you through the achievement of a SVQ qualification in Supply Chain Management.  We believe that these qualifications, the opportunities you will be given to develop your skills and experience during the Apprenticeship, and the insight you will gain into Diageo’s Supply business will provide a first class foundation for your future career.

Apprentices are members of a Coopering team responsible for the various processes associated with Cask Manufacturing and Maintenance including developing the traditional hand skills required for cask construction and learning the machine processes for mechanical Coopering this will include the safe movement of empty casks within an established set of process procedures. We are looking for someone who can be involved in both team and lone person working that requires effective decision making and problem solving skills, as well as an ability to use initiative to adapt pre-set work plans. This type of role will entail physical manual handling activities. A large proportion of the work will involve bending, twisting, turning, stooping, some over reaching and standing for long periods of time. 
 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at Level 3 or above (to include Maths and English).
  • Must qualify for Modern Apprentice programme criteria (as detailed on Skills Development Scotland)
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate strong work ethos both individually and as part of a team

In order to do this, we are looking for a pipeline of candidates with a baseline of skills, knowledge and experience in Packaging Operations to be able to succeed into Line Operator positions upon completion of their apprenticeship.  We are looking for team players who have the ability to motivate and support the delivery of objectives and development of both their self, and others. Diageo operators must be driven, determined and committed to their personal development.  They will show pride in their achievements and build excellent relationships by working closely with Diageo employees. They must be willing to learn about the business, processes and how to resolve issues within Packaging Operations.  
 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Minimum of 3 Scottish National 5 Qualifications or above (to include Maths and English)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for candidates to work within a small, dynamic team to help manage the selection, logistical movements and quality assurance activities associated with all Scotch Whisky and Rum blending operations. The Modern Apprentice role provides a unique opportunity to develop a broad skill set within a multi discipline working environment, while working towards a structured SVQ certified qualification (level 3 and above) in Supply Chain and Business Administration over a three year period. Your main responsibilities will be associated with the management of whisky stocks, 3rd party supply contracts, spirit quality and record management across the department.  Initially, you will be focused on two key areas: Inventory Management and Quality. Further responsibilities within the department will develop in years 2 – 3 of the apprentice programme, enabling you to continue to develop your operational capabilities. You will also be able to take advantage of other projects and opportunities within the department to further develop your capabilities and contribution to the wider business.

Whilst working for Diageo you will be required to always adhere to Diageo Health and Safety & Compliance Policies and uphold Diageos Vision and Values.

  • Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at Level 3 or above (to include Maths and English).

Требования к кандидатам:

  • минимум 2 года опыта в данном направлении;
  • знание законодательной среды и основных тенденций в  регулировании алкогольной отрасли, в частности: требования к обороту, техническое регулирование, ценообразование и правила торговли, конкуренция, акцизы/налоги, рекламное регулирование;
  • английский язык устный и письменный – не ниже уровня upper-intermediate;
  • хорошее знание Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point);
  • хорошие аналитические способности, внимательность к деталям, лидерство, умение убеждать и выстраивать отношения, умение работать в команде, отличные навыки коммуникации (письменные и устные), стрессоустойчивость, нацеленность на результат, аккуратность и ответственность.

The opportunity we are recruiting for is a Business Development Manager –covering Townsville North through to Mount Isa so some overnight travel will be required. You will have a real passion for partnering with customers to drive performance.

To be successful in this role you will be creative in your thinking, show initiative and flair, but will equally have great attention to detail, have solid planning skills, be able to pick up a strict set of objectives and execute with excellence. Your ability to develop strong relationships which drive growth is essential for this role. You will have prior sales experience gained in an FMCG, Retail or similar environment where you have honed your negotiation skills coupled with previous CRM and systems knowledge.

Ключевые задачи:
 
  • Сопровождение взаиморасчетов с клиентами в части услуг, связанных с:
    • расширением рынка сбыта;
    • рекламными расходами в торговых точках, а именно: размещение информации в каталогах, выкладка продукции на полках и поддержание ассортимента, предоставление торговыми точками информации о продажах;
    • расходами на размещение меню баров и ресторанов информации о продукции и другие;
  • прием и своевременная обработка первичных документов: проверка корректности документа на соответствие требованиям бухгалтерского и налогового законодательства РФ, условиям Договоров, проверка на дублированность, определение верного затратного счета и кода налога;
  • своевременная архивация проверенных документов в систему SAP для последующего заведения;
  • контроль корректности отражения хозяйственных операций в системе SAP.
Требования к кандидатам:
 
  • Высшее экономическое образование (желательно по специальности бухгалтерский учет, налоги);
  • опыт работы в должности бухгалтера не менее 6 месяцев;
  • хорошее знание законодательства по бухгалтерскому учету;
  • уверенный пользователь MS Excel;
  • хорошие коммуникативные навыки;
  • знание английского языка будет являться преимуществом.

Propósito del rol:
 
Liderar e implementar la agenda global de Controles, Cumplimiento & Ética a fin de fortalecer la cultura de control y adherencia a las políticas y estándares de la Cïa para proteger la reputación de Diageo Colombia y de sus empleados.  Liderar y ejecutar revisiones de control interno de acuerdo con las prioridades del mercado.
 
Experiencia:
 
 
  • Profesional el ciencias administrativas (Contador, Administrador, Economista, Financiero) deseable post-grado en control interno, finanzas o administración (MBA)
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en control o auditoría interna/externa, revisoría fiscal y/o posiciones similares
  • Amplios conocimientos técnicos en control interno, gestión de riesgo y auditoría, habilidades interpersonales y capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva (oral y escrita), excelente manejo de Office, inglés avanzado escrito y hablado, deseable conocimiento y manejo de ERP
 
 
Responsabilidades:
 
 
  • Ejecutar el programa global de CARM, para el aseguramiento de los controles internos y el cumplimiento de la Ley SOX.
  • Diseñar e implementar una agenda de comunicaciones y entrenamientos sobre el Código de Conducta y políticas de la compañía.
  • Brindar asesoría a las áreas para el manejo de riesgos y su mitigación.  Facilitar las sesiones del Comité de Riesgos bimensualmente con el Exec.
  • Coordinar la ejecución de controles tendientes a mitigar los riesgos de Lavado de Activos y Financiación del Terrorismo.
  • Participar activamente en procesos de investigación de violaciones a las políticas de la compañía y el CoB.

Seleccionamos recién graduados/licenciados (curso 2015/2016) en las principales ciudades de España para entrar a formar parte del pool de talento de Gestores Comerciales Junior que incorporaremos en nuestros equipos en los próximos meses.
Las funciones principales son:
1.Activar la imagen de nuestras marcas en los puntos de ventas de hostelería asignados mediante acuerdos con los hosteleros para conseguir una mayor rotación de nuestros productos en el mercado.
2.Asegurar que los recursos e inversión destinados a la activación de nuestras marcas se ejecutan de una forma brillante en el punto de venta.
3.Actuar como embajador de nuestras marcas y Diageo para asegurar la plena satisfacción tanto de nuestros clientes como nuestros consumidores.
