Job Purpose:
To ensure delivery of excellent customer service through prompt and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries and promote customer loyalty. To support sales unit from enquiry to offer to order, then to the tracking of logistics and cash receipts and to reach the sales target. Supervise Customer Service members to carry out duties in quality standards.
Key performance areas:
· Act as first point of customer contact through, but not limited to phone calls, emails, mailings, fax and face to face for general inquiries such as order intake, pricing, products, scheduling, etc.
· Co-ordinate collection of offer information and deliver customer quotations to external salesperson.
· Immediately enter all customer orders into ERP and confirm orders to customers with terms, pricing and accurate delivery schedules.
· Set up new items and customers in ERP.
· Collaborate with marketing, sales, PUs/BUs to facilitate the process from customer order to ship of products, keeping the customer updated on their individual order.
· Ensure that allocated product is shipped with no credit risks.
· Maintain accurate shipping/logistics details on all orders and continually update customers as needed.
· Maintain accurate customer record including price lists, files and agreement.
· Maintain invoicing routines, consignments, reconciliations and be a part of the collections process.
· Accept and document all returns/claims and follow up with the customer as needed.
· Document all issues in the CRM.
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to process and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
· Collaborate with sales, product specialist, marketing managers, sales managers and manufacturing to improve sales forecasts, availability and to ensure on-time shipments via scheduling, prioritization of processes, etc.
· Interface with freight couriers, freight forwarders and I/E declaration agency.

Job Summary
As an IT Service Architect for Data Center services you are responsible for the design of relevant services that fit the Service Strategy. You ensure that data center services match Sandvik's internal customer requirements and are aligned with the overall architecture framework, IT principles and policies. The position includes identifying which solutions, processes and competencies are necessary to provide the service, as well as maintaining and improving the services in accordance with IT architectural guidelines and constraints. You may also be involved in other assignments, for example supporting application development projects with architectural designs matters.
Additional responsibilities include coordination of the team of architects and assignments to ensure progress on assignments and taking part in the Service Design and Service Transition processes. Furthermore, you collaborate with the service owner and other stakeholders in calculating total cost of ownership for the service, and you also identify and describe cost drivers for specific services.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's in IT or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. You have more than five years’ experience as a solution architect in bid teams, building IT solutions as a service: including writing service descriptions, calculating TCO and defining meaningful SLOs and KPIs. You are a certified IT architect with vast experience from working in a process-oriented organization. Experience from service delivery in a global outsourced environment is advantageous, as is experience with data center services, IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL, service reporting and outlining business cases. It is also preferred that you have experience from translating customer requirements into solutions and have knowledge from business systems continuity planning. As we operate in a global setting, you need to be fluent in English.

The Role
Manage a timely and within budget completion of the Pre-Study and Implementation of the service centers projects for repairs and rebuilds of mining equipment in a number of areas across Russia and CIS according to Sandvik Mining standards, Project Model and Guidelines with a high focus on Environment Health and Safety. This includes the Pre-Study -in which the scope and type of ownership needs to be evaluated-, the preparation of the investment approval to management and the execution of the project, i.e. the overall coordination of scope, business requirements and project deliverables as well as the Design and Construction coordination with the consultants and contractors engaged in the projects.

  • Coordinate the Pre-Study and prepare the package required for the investment approval by the management.

  • Identify and document project risks in a Risk Register. Secure continuous risk mitigation actions throughout the Project Execution and reporting of risks and risk mitigation actions to the PSG.
  • Ensure appropriate resource planning and reporting of resource constrains to the management.
  • Responsibility for coordination of inspections and acceptance tests.
  • Plan for and coordinate the transition of current business operations from old location(s) to the new facility
  • Plan for and coordinate the ramp up of business operations on the new site and close the existing site(s)
  • Maintain accuracy and currency of project documentation and schedules. Document control and Database Management.
  • Project closure (including appropriate final documentation) and hand over to local Sandvik Mining organization.
Your Profile
  • Technical University degree and at least 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience in a large international company
  • (International) experience in Project Management with a structured approach of projects, project experience in Russia is a merit.
  • Experience and high focus on current EHS practices and legislation.
  • Result oriented and open minded with the ability to motivate and coordinate people within a large and complex global organization.
  • Good technical skills and experience in facility development projects.
  • Good experience with controlling budget and planning.
  • Good organizational and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of construction law and knowledge of local construction law is qualifying.
