Assembly of European Regions - Intern (Brussels Office) AER

The Assembly of European Regions’ Brussels office is looking to recruit an intern to start by Monday 5th September at the latest and for a duration of at least 5 months.

The Assembly of European Regions (AER) is the largest independent network of regions in wider Europe. Bringing together 270 regions from 34 countries and 16 interregional organisations, AER is the political voice of its members and a forum for interregional co-operation.

The internship position

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the everyday activities of the AER Brussels office, including:

• • Drafting and circulating the AER Daily Monitoring (web-based daily news publication);
• • Supporting the development and delivery of AER events held in Brussels;
• • Researching policy issues and preparing background papers for Secretariat staff and AER members;
