Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) offers companies professional transaction experience, from the strategic analysis phase of the transaction lifecycle, through execution, to transaction integration.

REAS is part of TAS and provides services related to (i) Real Estate Valuation & Business Modeling, (ii) Real Estate M&A, Capital Market Services and Due diligence, (iii) Strategic Real Estate Advisory Services and (iv) Infrastructure Advise (such as Public Private Partnership and Project Finance). Our Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory practice provides real estate analytical services and other business advisory services to developers, builders, investors, lenders and Fortune 500 companies. As we continue to enhance our strong leadership position in the real estate industry, we currently have a career opportunity in our Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory team for a Consultant real estate transactions.

As a consultant within our REAS team you will work closely with your colleagues and managers on a broad variety of transactions cases.

You will be responsible for:

  • Applying technical and business knowledge to ensure that high-quality results are obtained for all our clients.
  • Participating in transaction real estate engagements and public private partnerships assignments.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of our Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory Services practice.

Specific tasks will include financial analysis, financial and cash flow modeling, market information research, real estate documents analysis (including site/building plans, leases, appraisals, and mortgage underwriting/lending documents), market studies, Investment Memorandum, due diligence and report writing.

You have knowledge of real estate issues, DCF (discount Cash Flows), BAR/NAR and eventually EVA (Economic Value Added).

The position will be based in Diegem.

  • Master's Degree engineering combined with an Economical degree.
  • A complimentary master in Real estate management is recommended.
  • 2-4 years of experience within the real estate industry: experience with real estate appraisals, acquisition due diligence, real estate valuation, asset management, finance, or market research
  • Excellent trilingual Dutch/French/English
