Stakeholder Liaison Officer
(5-year fixed-term performance-based contract appointment)
Educational requirements and experience:
• Unless the applicant can demonstrate that he/she has developed the necessary competencies through experience, a National Diploma or a degree in Journalism/Communications/Public Relations/Media Studies is required • 3-5 years’ previous work experience in conducting research, writing speeches and media releases • Previous experience working within a political environment would be preferable but is not essential.
Short detailed job description:
The successful candidate will conduct basic research, co-ordinate the media (including briefings and speech writing) and manage liaison with external stakeholders on behalf of the MMC.
