Location: Bamako, Mali

Position Purpose
In the framework of implementing its 2010 – 2015 strategic plan, WaterAid in Mali turns towards capacity building, knowledge management and good practice dissemination to improve sector stakeholders' performance.

The Head of Capacity Building and Learning ensures the development and the implementation of capacity building, knowledge management, monitoring/evaluation, research and documentation and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Country Representative, the position holder is responsible for partners and staff capacity building and for promoting learning and knowledge management, monitoring/evaluation, experience research/documentation, innovative models and communication.
