Incorporated as a not-for-profit foundation in 1971 and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, the Forum is tied to no political, partisan or national interests.
We are now searching for a:
HEAD PARTNERING AGAINST CORRUPTION INITIATIVE (PACI)
Bringing together over 170 companies from multiple industries and global locations to fight bribery and corruption, the World Economic Forum’s Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (www.weforum.org/paci) is the leading implementation-oriented, anti-corruption initiative in the world, developed by companies for companies.
As the Head of the PACI Initiative, you will have overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the initiative’s strategy. This includes building on the collaborative platform that PACI provides to engage business, government and civil society in industry-specific, anti-corruption dialogues; building on country-level, action-oriented efforts such as those already underway in Mongolia and Vietnam; continuing efforts in building momentum on anti-corruption efforts with global businesses and with other major anti-corruption initiatives; and organizing the two annual PACI Global Task Force meetings. You will also be expected to contribute to the Forum’s broader agenda and thinking related to responsible business practices and corporate global citizenship.
We expect you to have demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent team management skills that will allow you to lead and develop a committed and hard-working team of two professionals. You possess a broad intellectual background with a Master’s degree, excellence in the fields of business, culture and geopolitics, and a proven interest in global affairs. You have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including direct work experience in and/or within industry. You have experience and comfort in interacting with CEOs, government leaders and regulatory bodies. You are fluent in English and in at least one other language.
