Senior Appeals Manager Oxfam Hong Kong
Work with people against poverty! Oxfam Hong Kong (OHK) is a member of the international confederation Oxfam and an independent development and relief agency based in Hong Kong. We are looking for talented, high calibre staff to join our anti-poverty work:
S/He is a team leader of Appeals Team in Hong Kong Unit, responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation and overall direction and promotion of fundraising appeals activities including direct mail/inserts, fact-to-face appeals, direct appeals, internet fundraising, school fundraising, donor development, The Oxfam Shop, institutional fundraising, etc. and coordinating agency fundraising campaigns. S/He will also assist in developing long term strategy and policies of the Appeals Team.
The successful candidate MUST meet the following requirements:
- Tertiary educated with a Degree in Business Administration
- 10 years’ working experience in sales and marketing with 5 years at supervisory or managerial grade
- Working experience in sales management is as assest
- High degree of initiative and commitment to income growth and goal attainments
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English, and fluent Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS office applications including words, excel and powerpoint
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Appeals Manager
