By working with all departments the Engagement team will help develop an environment where staff engage and participate willingly in the myriad of opportunities available on site. Role

 
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and creative Assistant Producer to create films for internal and external use and provide support across a range of staff engagement activities. This includes producing effective presentations using a variety of content (films; stills; audio) for BBC North staff events and to provide AV support for events which range from staff meetings to Rock the Dock – our music events.

Requirements

 
You will have a flair for ideas, proven experience producing great content, and the ability to oversee the production process from development to delivery.With previous experience of self-shooting and self-editing on final cut pro you will have originated and developed good stories for web or TV and evidence of strong storytelling skills. High attention to detail and excellent script writing skills are a must as is the ability to work well with contributors and deal with complex and sometimes sensitive editorial issues.
