About the role
Under the direction and guidance of the Group Manager Rewards, and as part of our Human Resources team, the key focus of this role is two-fold; assisting in the delivery of all components of Coffey’s Reward Strategy, while also providing generalist HR consultation within our corporate head office.
 
Key Reward accountabilities include:
  • Assist in the delivery of Coffey’s annual remuneration review, through our online remuneration review tool (CART) – including data validation, report generation and assisting with training of HR and line managers
  • Assist with the administration of, and periodic reporting for Coffey’s equity-based Reward programmes
  • Assist with ongoing education of line managers regarding Rewards 
  • Act as a ‘first level’ support for incoming Rewards enquiries, including delivering market data advice to the business
  • Assist in matching/benchmarking Coffey employees against appropriate market data sources
  • Maintain an accurate, centralised source of specific reward information
Key Human Resource accountabilities include:

  • Assist managers in resolving IR and performance related matters, while ‘up skilling’ them in the area of employee relations
  • Assist managers and employees with the performance planning and review cycle and engagement survey
  • Contribute to talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, induction and succession planning activities, including domestic and international mobility of new and existing employees
  • Deliver training and information sessions for new HR initiatives, procedures and policies for the region
  • Providing advice to managers and employees in relation to the application of global and regional policies
About You
Ideally you will have;
  • Demonstrated experience in providing support to a Rewards & Benefits and/or Human Resources function within a large multi-national company
  • Completion of, or study towards a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience within a professional services or corporate business environment
  • Strong ability to influence and consult to managers and employees
  • A desire to develop your career in Rewards or a broader HR discipline
