Role Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, HUB Lead Benelux – France, the Recruiter Talent Acquisition Benelux – France will be responsible for recruiting open positions as Markets require. He/she will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR to meet business hiring needs. He/she act as a credible influencer to hiring managers in giving consultative advice and negotiate necessary offer packages for candidates.
Role Description
  • Support full-life cycle recruitment for the above roles in accordance with global operating procedures and best practice principles, including sourcing, selection and offer development. Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
  • Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates.
  • Manage the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development.
  • Able to coordinate with different universities activities which enhance graduate candidate pools for entry levels or intern programs.
  • Able to build strong university relations.
  • Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals.
  • Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit. Utilize appropriate selection techniques.
  • Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.
  • Develop an understanding of Pfizer’s Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market.
  • Achieve recruitment metrics against Global TA targets.
Qualifications
  • Education and Training:
  • Minimum Educational Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Human Resource, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Prior HR experience, preferably in a Recruitment Coordinator role
  • Fully Bilingual (Dutch and French + English) is required
Experience:
  • Able to develop consultative skills
  • Direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a highly metric driven environment with a strong focus on results is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
  • Prior experience working with PS Recruit or other applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Ability to perform as per the Pfizer core competencies and in line with the OWN IT culture.
