Governance Manager

CARE Australia is seeking an experienced development professional to oversee the governance aspects of CAREs work in Papua New Guinea. Through the governance components of our Integrated Community Development Program (ICDP) you will be providing strategic, management/supervisory and implementation direction to CARE PNGs governance work. You will also need to consolidate and document the governance approaches and models that have been, or are being developed and to disseminate key results to-date and on a regular basis.

In the role you will support the design and development of the next phase of the ICDP, including any entry into new sites and the redesign process which will be integrated with the direction of two CARE PNG wide long term programs. All your work will incorporate CAREs Women’s Empowerment Framework.
