Position description	We are looking for a General Manager, Process Developer for Marine Lifecycle Solutions (MLS) Team.
Responsibilities	• Develop best practices, processes, metrics, capabilities and competencies with shipping industry life-cycle perspective • Participate in developing the MLS with focus on documentation, tools and communication • Develop effective working routines for MLS team
Requirements	• MSc or BSc, Technical or commercial education • Business understanding, e.g. ship owner decision making processes, documentation requirements, information flows in-house and with ship owners stakeholders • Open, communicative, analytic and strategic mindset • Excellent team player in multinational team
