General Manager, Senior Naval Architect, Concept Design

Position description	We are looking for a Senior Naval Architect as part of the Concept Design team in Marine Lifecycle Solutions (MLS).
Responsibilities	• Lead ship concept design projects • Deliver ship designs, feasibility studies, economic evaluations for MLS customer projects • Participate in the development of MLS projects and provide ship design input, expert advice, innovative ideas and promote Wärtsilä solutions • Participate in the development of novel futuristic ship concepts • Create and present marketing material to promote new ship concepts and advanced solutions
Requirements	• MSc, Naval Architecture • Extensive (10-20 years) ship expertise in the concept design stage • Experience from ship operator/owner business • Ship designer with an innovative mindset • Capable of leading the development of new ship concepts • Professional with ability to work and manage in multicultural matrix environment • Excellent presentation skills
