INTERVIEWERS
Work station: Mtwara (up to 30 Posts)
Work dates: Must have no other commitments from mid June to end August
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Interview people in Lindi and Mtwara
 Collect data using PDA
 Follow Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols of the project
 Any other duty which may be assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
 Ordinary secondary education and above
 Experience in field of research work
 Ability to communicate in English and Kiswahili
 A computer skill is an added advantage
 Certificate/Diploma in social/community development or related field will be an added advantage
DESIRED QUALITIES
 Preference is given to people originating from Lindi and Mtwara
 Willingness to work flexible hours.
 Good team working
 Work well with members of the public
 Be able to travel extensively with long hour on the way
 May be required to work evenings or weekends
 Commitment to excellence in research
 Experience of health facility assessment
 Experience of work in the health sector
REMUNERATION
Attractive and competitive fee per day will be provided
MODE OF EMPLOYMENT
A short term contract to cover the period of Survey will be provided
