Côte d'Ivoire Health Cluster Co-Facilitator
General objectives of the Co-facilitator in Cote d’Ivoire:
• Enable the development of coherent strategies in response to the needs ; • Define and identify health priorities; • Optimize the use of available resources.
The co-facilitator provides support to the health cluster lead with his/her experience, expertise and competencies. The cluster lead keeps his role as decision maker and responsibility as defined by the terms of references for the provincial clusters. The co-facilitator and health cluster lead are jointly responsible for the proper functioning of the health cluster and are accountable to the beneficiaries, humanitarian partners and Humanitarian Coordinator. The way of appointing and replacing the Co-facilitator is determined by the health cluster members.
