Description:

Our staff of more than 2,800 provides research and technical expertise to governments and businesses in more than 40 countries in the areas of health and pharmaceuticals, education and training, surveys and statistics, advanced technology, international development, economic and social policy, energy and the environment, and laboratory and chemistry services.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit US Nationals, Third Country Nationals and Cooperating Country Nationals for domestic, project and proposal positions
  • Perform strategic sourcing and research for all departments within IDG
  • Provide ad hoc recruitment support
  • Negotiate salaries within RTI's compensation guidelines
  • Source candidates within OFCCP regulations
  • Reformat resumes when needed into RTI's standard format
  • Collect recruiting documents from candidates including Biographical Information
  • Enter positions into eRecruit (Recruitment software)
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Initiate background checks
  • Prepare recruitment reports as needed

Qualification:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
  • Ten years of work experience with a minimum of five years of recruiting experience
  • Must have international recruiting experience
  • Must have experience working within OFCCP guidelines
  • USAID and/or NGO project recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience with candidate tracking tools and job boards
  • Must possess an understanding of how to source and screen in overseas markets.
  • Must have experience with proposal recruiting in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite Prefer candidates that are bilingual.
