Team Leader International Co-finance (f/m) Christoffel-Blindenmission Deutschland e.V.

Field of activity:

• Supervision of the team “International Co-finance” in Bensheim (human resource management, also over long distance)
• Application writing for funding with EU and other international institutions and de-velopment of new co-finance partnerships with international donors (incl. preparation of concept notes and elaboration of project proposals, assignment of project planning, proposal writing, evaluations)
• Monitoring and reporting (narrative and financial) of approved co-finance projects ac-cording to the demands of the respective donor, in cooperation and coordination with the CBM regional offices and partner organisations
• Get into contact and keep public relations to EU delegations, agencies of international donors and non government organisations (NGOs), participation in the CONCORD working group “Funding for Relief and Development”
• Assure administrative activities in the department P&IK

Profile:

• completed commercial education with professional experience or academic studies in economies or any other relevant field
• professional experience in the field of co-finance with public donors
• professional experience in the cooperation with the European Commission (EU dele-gations, Europaid/EEAS)
• experience abroad in a context of development work
• capability to coordinate and work in international project teams
• communicative and reliable personality with team spirit
• firm in working with figures
• excellent English and French language skills
• desirable: additional language skills

We offer an unlimited full-time contract (39 hours/week) and a challenging range of activities in the international field of development work. Our remuneration is according the tariff of churches in Germany (AVR).
