Une coordinateur (trice) H/F du Secrétariat Technique Conjoint du programme MED

Il ou elle aura pour principale missions d’assurer la coordination générale du Secrétariat Technique Conjoints (STC) et de garantir un déroulement efficace des tâches prévues pour assister l’Autorité Unique de Gestion (AUG) du Programme MED.

Profil recherché : De formation supérieure universitaire, cette personne devra avoir une expérience professionnelle avérée dans la conduite et le suivi du programme et projets de coopération ainsi que dans l’encadrement d’une équipe multiculturelle. Une excellente connaissance dès règlements communautaires (Fonds Structurels en particulier) est également nécessaire. Enfin, une aisance relationnelle ainsi qu’une bonne résistance au stress sont attendues pour ce poste.

Il est impératif d’être bilingue anglais/français et de maîtriser une autre langue de l’espace du programme.

Il/elle sera intégré au STC, instance transnationale hébergée par la Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, qui a pour principale mission, en collaboration ave l’AUG, al gestion au niveau transnational des activités de coordination, d’animation et de promotion du Programme MED.

A coordinator (m/F) of MED Programme Joint Technical Secretariat

Mission: Overall coordination of the JTS, transnational body located in the Region Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, France. The main task of the JTS, in collaboration with the MA, is the implementation at transnational level the activities of coordination, animation and promotion of the MED programme.

Profile: the candidate shall have a higher academic education and qualifications and should have a confirmed professional experience in the conduct and the management of European cooperation programmes and projects, as well as in the management of an international team. This mission also requires a very good knowledge of European structural funds rules, as well as diplomatic and human qualities.

He/she has to be fluent in French and English and have a good level in at least one other language of the programme area.
