Our Client, a leading Project Developer is seeking to appoint a Construction Director on a Residential long term contract in Morocco. This position has the potential to become a permanent instatement with my client.

Requirements

• Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Fluency in English and French is essential
• Arabic is advantageous
• Minimum 15 years professional career experience
• Background in the Power generation industry with emphasis on Gas Turbines is most desirable
• Construction experience relating to Wind Power Generation Projects is essential
• Experience in the Middle East and / or North Africa is an advantage
• Good understanding of EPCM projects
• Good understanding of commercial terms of the EPC contracts, PPA and other project related agreements.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to

• Monitoring, coordinating, and reporting of the construction activities at site
• Delivering the Project to time, cost quality and desired performance level
• Ensure that agreed corrective actions to mitigate the effects of variances are planned and carried out
