REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Kyrgyz Republic Improvement of Electricity Supply in Bishkek and Osh Cities Project (KYR0033) CONSULTING SERVICES Loan No: KYR-0033 The Joint-Stock Company “National electrical grid of Kyrgyzstan” has received a loan from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for Improvement of Electricity Supply in Bishkek and Osh Cities Project. The services include Preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, detailed design, review of engineering design and supervision during construction and installation. Implementation period is 2 years. The Joint-Stock Company “National electrical grid of Kyrgyzstan” now invites eligible IDB Member Countries consulting firm to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, general qualifications and number of key staff and so forth). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants under Islamic Development Bank Financing November 2006.
