Position description	Wärtsilä Power Plants is a major supplier of flexible base load power plants operating on various liquid and gaseous fuels. We also provide unique, dynamic solutions for grid stability, reserve, peaking, load following and intermittent power generation. The professional Power Plants Project Management organization plans, leads, manages and executes projects for our customers. The main project execution activities are engineering, purchasing, logistics and transport, contract management, risk management, site management and supervision, construction and installation, commissioning, training and the management of document deliverables up to final documentation. Engineering Management office within Wärtsilä Power Plants, Project Management in Vaasa is looking for (Senior) Development Engineers, Process Engineering.
Responsibilities	• Expertise support and mentor in operative projects • Create and maintain project templates of flow diagrams and P&ID • Participate in developing process descriptions • Develop of way of working internally and with service providers • Training and competence development • Co-operation with system owners and engineering partners
Requirements	- MSc or BSc in Process, Mechanical Engineering or Energy Technology - 1-4 years working experience with process design - Experience of AutoCAD P&I or similar tool is an advantage - Basics in thermodynamic and be systematic and patient with a practical approach - Good command of English - Ability to stand up and make presentations - Self going with good communication and team working skills
