Programme Development Manager in UK
We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic leader to take up the role of Programme Development Manager in our growing UK based International Programmes Unit. The successful candidate will be supporting the Country Programme offices as well as the Programme Quality Unit as we deliver an ambitious volunteering programme funded by the Department of International Development; International Citizen Service (ICS). Through the ICS programme, the consortium will be responsible for designing impact orientated development programmes that up to 14,000 national and international volunteers will contribute towards.
Building on learnings from the pilot phase, the Programme Development Manager will - Support our Country Programme offices to conduct thorough programme design and development processes in advance of the first major cycle beginning in Oct 2012 - Work closely with the Programme Quality Directorate and Country Programme Offices to develop a global Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (M, E & L) Framework Development that demonstrates the impact of the programme globally - Will be tasked with a key set of delivery objectives
