Internal Audit Manager

The Internal Audit Vice Presidency (IAD) is an independent and objective assurance and advisory function designed to add value to the World Bank Group (WBG) by improving the operations of WBG’s entities. IAD assists the Bank Group in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organization’s governance, risk management, and control processes. 
IAD is now inviting applications from experienced and self-driven internal audit professionals for the following position within the Vice Presidency:
Manager, Professional Practices : Also serving as an integral management team member in IAD, the Professional Practices Manager supports the Auditor General in the implementation of leading edge internal audit methodology and practices; the development and monitoring of the Annual Work Program and Risk Assessment; the delivery of timely internal and external reports to all stakeholders; and the general management of the resources and budget for the audit function.  The Professional Practices Manager is furthermore expected to build and maintain strong relationships with peer Multilateral Development Banks as well as the internal audit community.
