Job Responsibilities: | |||
1.Support HRD to establish and implement HR strategies in Shenzhen Office; 2.Support and partner with Chief Representative on HR issues, dot-line report to Chie Representative; 3.Support Shenzhen Office in HR functions such as planning, recruitment, performance management, training, C&B, employee relationship, culture development, etc; 4.Recommend improvements and revisions to existing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government employment legislations and school policies; 5.Review and analyze HR related data to identify trends and recommend solutions; 6.Perform all other duties/projects as assigned or required by HRD and Chief Representative. | |||
Job Requirements: | |||
1.Bachelor degree or above; 2.At least six-year experience in HR Management function; 3.Familiar with the all HR functions and practical HR know-how; 4.Excellent leadership and management skills, and outstanding ability in planning and implementing HR practices; 5.Very good communication and coordination skills, good at motivating others; 6.Strong business acumen with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic matrix organization; 7.Ability to consult with senior management; 8.Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently under limited supervision; 9.Hard-working, good team-work spirit, loyalty and commitment to work; 10.Fluent oral and written English; 11.Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. | |||
