Office and Event Manager

UNESDA is the European non-alcoholic beverages association. Its members are multinational soft drinks companies and also national associations from across the EU-28 and beyond. With a multinational and multilingual team of 5 people, UNESDA’s mission is to support the growth, development and understanding of non-alcoholic beverages at a European level. UNESDA is currently looking for an Office and Event Manager (m/f) at its office in Brussels.
Key responsibilities
  •  Daily management of the office and administrative support to the association and its activities;
  •  Planning and organizing events (in and outside Brussels);
  •  Supporting budget process and handling invoices;
  •  Providing HR support and carrying out related administrative and legal duties;
  • Assisting in editing reports;
  • Maintain office equipment and manage relation with suppliers.
Profile
  •  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
  •  Excellent command of English and French (oral and written). Knowledge of other European languages is an asset;
  • Good command of MS office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook);
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and initiative;
  •  Flexibility and ability to prioritize and multi-task;
  • Engaged team player and service oriented.
