Jakarta, Indonesia – Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid funded Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF)
PRSF is a joint facility between Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia.
GRM International is the Managing Contractor contracted by Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid to manage the implementation of PRSF.
We are currently seeking for a Technical Assistant to provide both technical and administrative support to the Point of Payment team; to support coordination between the team and internal and external stakeholders at national and local level; to liaise with the Secretariat in provision of administrative services.
Selection criteria include the following:
  1. At least an S1 degree in social sciences or economics disciplines relevant to the work of the Team – e.g. community development, public policy, education, health;
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in higher education, research institute, large corporation or NGO or involved at a project management in provision of technical support;
  3. Regular research; data analysis; synthesizing information;
  4. Preparation of reports and documents, power-point presentations;
  5. Electronic filing and management of information;
  6. Maintenance of electronic diaries;
  7. Management of consultation and communication processes;
  8. High level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web browsers;
  9. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential.
