HR Business Partner

Context

You are part of our HR team (8 employees) based in Amsterdam, reporting to the HR Director.  
We employ around 350 employees across the Benelux working in different areas such as (Global) Marketing, Finance, Global Supply Chain, Business & Legal, I/S, CR, HR and facilities.


This role supports the Country Director for Benelux and his leadership team to deliver exceptional performance and their business strategy. While based in Amsterdam this role also supports the office in Brussels where the balance of the teams sit. This role will also support WE Marketing teams based in Amsterdam, our Corporate Relations team based in Brussels and our office in Paris.

Role

You will be responsible for leading organisational changes effectively while partnering with senior leadership teams. You will also actively manage our resourcing needs and work on our talent agenda. Some other responsibilities will be to:

· Drive the learning and development agenda: diagnose and deliver full talent interventions while embedding core programmes that support in succession planning.
· Manage and monitor employee engagement interventions and practices including Values Survey action planning and inspirational leadership.
· Diagnose and deliver reward and recognition interventions to drive business performance
· Ensuring compliance with our employee relations policies and processes. This includes liaising with the employee relations manager and/or coaching line managers.
· Deliver organisational people strategy.


Profile

You have your bachelor or master degree and a strong background in HR, around 7+ years of relevant experience at advisor level, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods industry. You have experience in managing organisational changes, delivering people strategies and developing high performing teams. You have a strong understanding of Dutch Employment, Tax and Social Security Law, also in a context of international relocations. This is a role with opportunities to grow to the next level in our organisation in about 2 years time.
