Leadership Responsibilities
INSPIRATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF TEAM
§ Key member of the regional leadership team.
§ Ownership for the performance outcomes your team needs to deliver; ensure you have people with the required capabilities, working in the right structure to achieve this.
§ Build, inspire, coach & develop your team with clear purpose, accountabilities, performance goals and trust.
§ Proactively identify, drive and lead business improvement in your team.
Purpose of Role
§ To lead, motivate and develop team to deliver team and regional stretch brand, channel and customer targets
Top 3-5 Accountabilities
1. Management and achievement of sales volume, value and KPI targets
2. Support the recruitment and lead the functional / leadership development of team, through inspirational in field & classroom coaching
3. Drive the highest standards of executional excellence through the implementation of business plans, trading term compliance, cycle activity, perfect store activation & category management
4. Foster outstanding collaboration and build relationships with key customers
5. Timely and accurate completion of all administration including database & credit management
Qualifications and Experience Required
QUALIFICATION
§ Appropriate territory qualification (degree / diploma)
§ SHL standard verbal and numerical scores
EXPERIENCE
§ 3-5 years FMCG Sales experience
§ Line manager experience and a track record of leading, developing & coaching a team
§ Commercial experience is a plus
