Reporting to the Engineering Manager this role will be responsible for managing teams of Supervisors, Tradespeople and Trades Assistants and contractors to ensure all maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget whist maintaining production targets.
You will be a positive thinker and have to ability to motivate and lead a team  while completing work safely. You will be an excellent communicator, problem solver and have the ability to plan ahead as well as think on your feet.
A trade background and extensive experience in a similar role is essential. Experience in the areas of crushing, conveying, scrubbing and materials handling is essential.
This role is residentially based in the idyllic seaside town of Hopetoun on a 5/2/4/3 day shift roster. An attractive salary and allowances are on offer with a relocation package and subsidised company accommodation available to the successful candidate.
