Project Controls Claims Analyst - World Trade Center
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Controls Claims Analyst in Manhattan, NY at our World Trade Center project site.
DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction or Engineering industries with experience in construction delay and/or project controls analysis is highly desired. The successful candidate should be seeking to expand their abilities as a consultant providing Construction Claims and project management advisory services. Must be willing to work independently in assisting senior staff members in analyzing technical project data in the development of presentations and reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management, Accounting, Finance
- 5 or more years of experience with Project or Construction Management along with Construction Claims/Dispute Resolutions Services
- Basic Knowledge of scheduling software platforms (e.g. Microsoft Project or Primavera)
- Ability to create clear and concise graphics and presentations to summarize and present findings and conclusions
- Ability to independently perform research and analysis on issues and formulate and present supportable conclusions to team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment and all organizational levels
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
