The Project

This prestigious project is a 400,000sqm luxury residential development based in Gurgaon, the main suburb of New Delhi, approximately 15km South of New Delhi

Job description

Preparation of Master Schedule using Primavera Project Planner (P6)

Monitor and update project progress

Prepare cost loading report (cash flow) and compares targets vs actual project revenue. Monitoring of actual cost and prepares cost to complete

Create project management procedures based on PMI guidelines and relevant forms

Oversee the construction program development while conveying key objectives, phasing strategy and delivery milestones

Produce weekly/bi weekly/monthly progress reports to the client and all stakeholders

Generate earned value analysis, program updates and finding, prepare revised programs

Budget monitoring and resources/manpower loaded program

Implement a project specific planning system

Create a comprehensive Project Master Schedule that covers all contracts on the project

Monitor the Program of Works at various Design and Construction stages and resources on Site

Desired Skills and Experience

University Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or other related discipline from an internationally recognized University

Minimum of 15 years of experience

Must be fully conversant in Primavera P6, Contract Manager, MS Suite

Claims Management – including Cost Escalation & Schedule Delay Claims analysis/EOT assessment

Integrated Change Management including Trend Analysis, preparation and review of Schedule & Scope Changes, Budget Transfers and Project Contingency & Reserve Management Schedule Risk Management

Cost Management – Commitments, Incurred & Actual Costs, Estimate-To-Complete and Forecast Final Cost management using Ares PRISM ver G2.0 software

Excellent English language skills

Preferable experience in mixed use complexes, high –rise building – residential complexes, hotels, shopping mall projects
