Hill International, Inc., (NYSE:HIL) the worldwide construction consulting firm is expanding.  With more than 3,000 employees in 100 offices worldwide, Hill provides program management, project management, construction management, and construction claims services worldwide. Hill International is bidding for an EBRD funded project entitled, Chisinau Water Development Programme - PIU Support Including Design, Procurement, Contract Administration and Supervision.  We are actively recruiting a team of experts meeting the below requirements:

1. Project Manager with preferably 15, but at least 10 years professional experience in project/programme management or in a senior management position and at least 15 years professional experience out of which at least 10 years in water/wastewater management; with at least 2 major water/waste water projects over EUR 40m as team leader and at least 2 water/waste water projects as an expert; at least one of the project must have been in a country of the region;
2. IFI Procurement and Contracts Specialist with 10 years of professional experience out of which at least 5 years in contract management and procurement and at least 3 major water/waste water projects over EUR 40m investment amount;
3. Wastewater Expert with extensive experience in design, construction and operation of wastewater treatment plants and sewer networks; adequate, relevant experience in sludge management; at least 2 projects related to wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation; and with experience in the region an advantage
4. Water Networks Expert with extensive experience in design, construction and operation of water treatment plants, pumping stations and water supply systems; proven experience in non-revenue water management and at least 10 years professional experience in projects related to water supply systems;
5. Finance/Disbursement Specialist;
6. Engineers (Construction Supervision);
7. Local Designers and Engineers;
8. Translators.
