Job Description

Job Purpose
To deliver high quality analysis, insights and reporting to support effective decision making within the IFCE (Inflight Customer Experience) department.
Principal Accountabilities
- Provide insights and analysis of crew data, highlighting relevant issues to inform, influence and support decision making across the department
- Provide central and local reporting and analysis across IFCE department
- Design, develop and operate departmental scorecards, deriving data from a variety of sources
- Develop, champion and continuously improve appropriate metrics and measures to support the Business Plan
- Provide analytical support for business initiatives to ensure effective business operation
- Participate in projects to improve the tools and methodologies of the team and department
- Develop new information sources when appropriate and implements/monitors collection methods
- Assist in managing the operational relationships with appropriate 3rd party suppliers and internal teams, supporting the delivery of information and data to support IFCE decision making

Skills
- Highly numerate with a strong analytical approach
- Skilled in data extraction and exploitation
- Ability to critically evaluate data and draw conclusions from analysis
- Good communication and presentation skills to deliver results and recommendations succinctly and confidently and to drive actions
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence peers and IFCE managers
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload, to consistently deliver analysis to required timescales
- Delivery and results focused, with an eye for detail
- Ability to use own initiative in finding and delivering solutions from a range of sources
- Excellent team working skills
- Resilient and highly motivated self-starter
Experience
- Proven ability to analyse data and make clear recommendations to Line Managers
- Background of working to changing priorities and to tight timescales
- Development of business performance metrics
- Experience of working with large data sets
- Experience of working in cross-functional teams
Expertise
- Working knowledge of data extraction and exploitation techniques and tools, such as Excel, SQL, BO, SAS
- Knowledge of crew data sources and systems, such as iFlight, TRACIE, CMS
- Understanding of IFCE processes and Business Plan
