Crown Agents USA, Inc. (CA-USA) is seeking a Client Account Manager
for the Global Fund/PFSCM PPM Program. in our Woerden, Netherlands Office.

Role & Responsibilities
The Client Account Manager (CAM) works on PFSCMs Global Fund Rapid Supply Mechanism (RSM) under the Pooled Procurement Mechanism (PPM). This position requires an individual with administrative proficiency, attention to details, superior organizational expertise, and strong interpersonal skills. Applicants should be able to work under pressure and have the ability to manage their time efficiently. They must be proficient in using ERP database applications with the ability to focus on delivering high-quality client services.
Specific Responsibilities
· Support the RSM Project Manager in the implementation of PFSCM’s strategy and objectives to provide quality and timely service to Clients under RSM.
· Daily follow up the timely completion of RSM orders falling under his/her portfolio
· Manage the relationship with designated Global Fund Principal Recipients (PRs) and other non-Global Fund Recipients in the CAM’s portfolio, ensuring a steady flow of communication with the clients as well as acting as the primary point of contact for them.
· Coordinate with other PPM team members as necessary to leverage intelligence and spearhead resolution of challenges and bottlenecks with the RSM orders.
· Provide inputs for Quarterly performance reports to Global Fund and other and adhoc reports as requested by non-Global Fund clients under RSM.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of prior work experience in procurement, sales and order processing, supply chain and/or customer service.
· Excellent ability to manage account processing, with proven ability to function in a detail-oriented environment.
· Ability to work comfortably with Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Experience with ERP or procurement/supply chain management software a plus.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Demonstrated skills in client relationship building/management
· Strong written and verbal skills in English and French languages.
